Order Placement Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to make changes, please email us at contact@furify.co.

Return or Resend

Our return policy extends for 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or resend.

Return Option: We accept returns for products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase. Certain goods, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable. Contact our support team at contact@furify.co for more information and to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the specified criteria will be considered ineligible for return.

Resend Option: If the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item), we are willing to resend the correct product for you. In the case of transportation issues leading to item defects (e.g., damaged items), we can reissue a new product for you, provided you bear part of the shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you a notification of receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Due to transportation issues, if you find the return process cumbersome and the goods are damaged upon receipt, we may share part of the loss and refund a portion of the amount.
