Short answer: yes. Bamboo viscose is naturally anti-static and has a smooth, tightly woven surface, so dog and cat hair sits on top of the fabric instead of hooking into it. Fur shakes off, lint-rolls off in one pass, and comes out completely in a normal cold wash.
Why pet hair sticks to some sheets and not others
Pet hair clings for two reasons: static electricity and texture. Synthetic fabrics such as microfiber and polyester blends build up static, which pulls hair in like a magnet. Textured fabrics such as flannel, jersey and low thread count cotton have loops and gaps for hair to hook into. Bamboo viscose scores well on both counts. It does not hold a static charge the way synthetics do, and a 300 thread count sateen weave leaves nothing for hair to grip.
How the common fabrics compare

What "pet hair resistant" does not mean
No sheet stops a shedding dog from leaving hair on the bed. The difference is what happens next. On bamboo, a quick shake or a lint roller removes it, and a wash removes all of it, including dander.
